Investment Analyst Intern

About the Job

We are looking to hire a financial analyst to be based in Singapore. The person in the role shall primarily manage the execution of corporate finance transactions for clients in the region, and be the central point of contact for on all deal execution matters. The role reports to the MDs based out of Singapore.

Responsibilities

  • Planning, execution, milestone tracking, follow-ups for deliverables from all parties, coordination with appointed third parties such as lawyers, accounting firms and other 3rd party service providers appointed by buyer/seller/client/investor.
  • Client management, stakeholders management, and management of various work streams.
  • Conduct business meetings with or without MDs, deal/project team management and deal/project completion.
  • Production of deal materials- due diligence report, NDA, deal teaser, corporate/deal presentation, financial models, information memorandums, sector/industry analysis, trading/transaction comparables.

Requirements

  • Understanding of desktop due diligence, deep-dive due diligence, fact finding and market research using structured/unstructured and formal/informal sources.
  • Intermediate or advanced skills in financial modeling, forecasting, sensitivity analysis using Microsoft excel.
  • Understanding of corporate financial statements, calculations of financials metrics and ratios, peer comparison using various benchmarks.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and follow-up.
  • Result oriented, disciplined to diligently pursue and close matters and get things done.
  • Understanding of the needs to have processes, policies and standards.
  • Original thinking, strong problem solving, multi-tasking ability.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks using qualitative and quantitative input and mobilize resources accordingly.
  • Strong inter-personal and networking skills.
  • Comfortable working in fast changing environments, ability to read situations correctly, think clearly and understand risk/rewards of various decision paths.

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in environments involving project execution in consulting, transaction advisory or corporate finance environment.

  • Minimum bachelors degree, preferably in finance, economics or management.
  • Knowledge of project management tools is plus but not necessary.
  • Ability to speak a regional language is a plus but not necessary.
Growth Marketing Specialist

About the Job

We are looking for a digital marketing specialist to join the team and drive customer acquisition through SEO and performance marketing channels.

The candidate will work closely with the founders to understand the target customer segment and industries and create appropriate comprehension and messaging to be delivered through the digital channels.

Responsibilities

  • Lead content, digital and performance marketing activities in South East Asia and India
  • Own and develop acquisition channels for onboarding new customers
  • Refine existing content and generate new content ideas to drive organic search traffic
  • Deploy successful marketing and lead gen campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution, including social media, affiliate marketing etc.
  • Own all social channels on linkedin, facebook etc
  • Own website content and performance and work closely with website developer to optimize and track website performance
  • Analyse and report overall campaign performance and iterate quickly to maximise growth
  • Leverage customer insights to better segment, target, and reach potential customers and optimize marketing performance

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of B2B digital marketing experience, including expertise with social media, SEO, SEM and affiliate marketing
  • Experience working with Google Analytics and Hubspot
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to craft actionable insights from complex data
  • A startup mentality with a bias to action and the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Autonomous; proactive; flexible; hands-on; independent self-starter; team-driven and able to work within deadlines
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Understanding of Bayfront’s target customer segments is a plus
