Co-Founders
Over 25 years of experience in investment banking, debt finance, structured solutions and asset backed financing in London, Singapore and Hong Kong. Previously worked in Citigroup and Standard Chartered Bank. Also co-founded cross-border payment solutions firm Tazapay.
Over 20 years of experience in investment banking, corporate banking, and capital markets in the Philippines. Previously worked in Citigroup and Standard Chartered Bank. Also serves as Director of international marketing and commodities trading firm Romarcom.
Core Team
Head of Transactions with over 10 years of experience in transactions, corporate finance and corporate strategy covering diverse industries. Previously worked as top conglomerates and private equity firms such as Aboitiz Group and GIV Capital. Adriel has a Bachelor’s in Accountancy from University of Santo Tomas, and is a licensed CFA as well as a Certified Public Accountant.
Kenneth has over 6 years of experience in analytical roles across industries, including energy, data analytics, real estate private equity, and management consulting. He previously worked at Energy Development Corp., Standard & Poor’s Global, Altus Capital, and Business Models Inc. He graduated with a BS in Finance from De La Salle University.
Gab has over 9 years of experience in transactions, investment banking, private equity, and F&B, with professional work experience at Ernst & Young Philippines, Archipelago Capital Partners, GIV Capital, and Three Bears Group. He graduated with a BS in Mathematics with a Specialization in Business Applications from De La Salle University – Manila and is a CFA Level II candidate.
Ryan has over 2 years of experience in investment banking and strategy roles. He previously worked at top startups in the Philippines and Singapore, including Kumu, 1Export, and Kinobi.
He graduated with a BS in Management from Ateneo de Manila University.
Eliza has worked in business development since 2021, working closely with founders across startups in logistics, real estate, healthcare, education. She previously worked at Symph, where she drove go-to-market execution while contributing to other business functions. She graduated with a BS in Business Management from De La Salle University-Manila.
Hanna has experience working in Retail Operations at UNIQLO and Talent Acquisition at UnionBank. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BS in Business Administration, majoring in Human Resources, from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. She is also a Certified Human Resource Associate, ranking in the Top 10 of Batch 30.
