MADCash, a Malaysian fintech startup, raised $1 million in pre-series A funding. Led by Artem Ventures, the round witnessed participation from MSW Ventures, and ScaleUp Founders Fund. MADCash provides interest-free loans with tenures of up to 10 months to unbanked and underbanked women entrepreneurs. The fresh funds will be used to strengthen its online platform and to expand across Southeast Asia.
